About Me

Shilpa Reddy

Counselling Psychologist

Hi, I’m Shilpa. I am passionate about facilitating women and teenagers to empower themselves to be their most authentic and joyous selves. As a certified ACT (acceptance and commitment) therapist, I am committed to creating a safe space for my clients which opens up possibilities for a hopeful future.

Transforming your lives

Committing to transforming your life through psychotherapy is a courageous act of self-care.

I hold immense respect for the people who are choosing to heal themselves through acceptance of their selves and
resolving to make a change in their lives for the better.

I began my journey as a psychologist to equip myself with the knowledge and tools to help people find the support,
they require to feel seen and heard in a world designed to place immense burden on them without providing any support.

Here at Living in the Light, I work with women and teenagers who are looking for support
as they step into their most authentic selves with confidence.

"People start to heal the moment they feel heard."
